Account Manager

Details

An Account Manager who will work on unique fixtures projects that involves high-end custom cabinetry for a long-lasting functional and luxury experience in our clients’ spaces.
Account Managers are an integral part of our Client Services team with end-to end ownership of a project. This will include timeline development, financial management and all things involving client management. You will also work very closely with other internal teams and will be responsible for planning to get everything done on time with your great communication skills. You will ensure customer acquisition, retention and productivity while ensuring high visibility and best in class service to become a category leader.

  • Office environment, photocopier, Laptop, printer
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work daily with clients, managing and exceeding their expectations
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s products and/or services as well as their market and consumers to assist in the development and execution of a cohesive trade show management strategy
  • Lead the account including forecasting, planning all upcoming projects, and ensuring that all internal departments are aware of upcoming work with sufficient time to plan and execute in the most efficient manner possible
  • Manage project delivery through collaboration with internal departments and ensures that critical timelines for execution are adhered to both internally and from the client side
  • Anticipate and resolve potential challenges/opportunities
  • Manage the overall financial performance of the portfolio and ensure that all costs associated with any job is in line with budgeted costs
  • Collaborate with sales team and other departments to significantly contribute to sales growth and proactively identify existing client and new business opportunities
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned from time to time


Education and/or Experience:

  • 5+ years of client account management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects in retail industry
  • Experience leading multimillion global account
