Working with a general contractor on this store re-model presented a challenging timeline and numerous delays. With open communication, we were able to manage changes in schedules, to deliver the project ontime and at the quality expected. Due to the speed required to roll out this project, Piddi used vendor resources and expertise to assist and collaborate with project stakeholders. Unique details of the ornate design inspired by old-world France, required handcrafted plaster finishes to simulate natural limestone, while other aspects of the design showcased sleek and modern finishes. Incorporating two distinct design styles required the expert use of mixed materials and finishes. Piddi contributed to the project success by working with vendors unfamiliar with the materials required to ensure the desired finishes, even working side-by-side with vendors to create the exceptional results.
